UK orders - We ship all orders via Royal Mail Signed for service, Next Day service is also available.

Second Class Signed for - £3.90

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for service, please allow up to 14 days for international delivery.

Our 30 day returns policy when buying from us online 

We understand that buying footwear over the internet means that you cannot try before you buy. As a result of this we offer a full money back guarantee. All we ask for in exchange is that you inform us as to why you do not require the shoes and return the goods in their original packaging, unworn and in the condition they were posted to you within 14 days of your order date.

The procedure to do this is as follows:

  •     Inside your package add your name and address 
  •     Obtain your tracking number from the post office counter.

The cost of returning the item is to be covered by the customer. We suggest you use Recorded Delivery, as refunds will not be issued for any items that fail to reach us.

Delivery charges are non-refundable except where an item is faulty. In the case of a faulty item, the cost of returning the item to us will also be refunded.

Proof of postage should also be obtained to protect against loss in transit.

 

Sale items bought online 

Sale items are non refundable - a credit note/exchange will be offered.

Faulty goods

If in the unlikely event that you find fault with your items, please contact the Customer Services department on 0141 9426469 and they will discuss your concerns And arrange the return with you . Upon receipt and inspection of your shoes a Customer Services representative will contact you to discuss the options open to you. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

Refunds

It can usually take up to 5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our store and processed.


Any refund due will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. Please allow up to 5 working days for funds to appear in your account. This may vary by payment method issuer.

BUYING FROM US IN STORE 

Please be advised that for goods purchased in store our returns policy is as follows:

All goods must be within their original packaging , unworn and in the condition they were sold to you 

We offer a credit note if returned to the store within 7 days 

The credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of the return 

SALE ITEMS BOUGHT IN STORE 

Sale items purchased in store are non returnable unless faulty
